the purpose of life

the purpose of life
the purpose of life (assuming that there
is one, of course -- yikes, as if THAT hasn't
been debated ad infinitum ever since the
beginning of human thought -- perhaps
others as well).
anyway, obviously, the purpose of life
is two-fold:
1] be a good student
2] be a good teacher
student of what? joy. truth. love.
teacher of what? joy. truth. love.
EOFS.
the extent to which we fail at each
of these two purposes of life defines
the scope of our individual hells.
actually, it's three-fold:
3] laughter.
which most often happens when we
mistakenly think that we're being
a good teacher (and/or student).
